埋伏牙诊断方式及早期诊断意义的研究

摘要

埋伏牙是指在牙齿萌出过程中,因骨、牙或纤维组织的阻挡等多种原因不能萌出到正常位置的牙齿.它可以与不同种类的错(牙合)畸形伴发,属正畸矫治中的难点之一,准确诊断并适时地治疗是获得良好疗效的关键.因此,本文结合国内外文献对埋伏牙早期诊断的重要性及诊断方式进行回顾与总结,以期为临床治疗提供参考.%Impacted teeth refer to the teeth that can not erupt to the normal position due to multiple causes, such as barriers from bones, tooth or fibrous tissues in the process of tooth eruption. It can co-exist with different types of malocclusion deformity, falling within one of the difficulties in orthodontics. Accurate diagnosis and proper therapy play a key role in obtaining good curative effect. Therefore, this article reviewed and summarized the importance of early diagnosis of impacted teeth along with the diagnosis methods based on domestic and foreign literature, in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
