敏感性皮肤是指对于通常不会引起不适感觉的刺激,出现不适症状(包括:刺痛、烧灼感、疼痛、瘙痒和麻刺感)的一种综合征.由于其发病机制不明确,目前尚无标准的治疗方案.针对敏感性皮肤的诱因进行健康教育,可应用瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1拮抗剂、μ阿片样受体激动剂以降低升高的神经敏感性,从而改善烧灼和刺痛感.应用医学护肤品、益生菌可促进皮肤屏障的修复,而局部钙调神经磷酸酶抑制剂、低强度激光及光疗等均有助于减轻敏感性皮肤的炎症反应,本文就敏感性皮肤的治疗进展进行综述.%Sensitive skin was defined as "A syndrome defined by the occurrence of unpleasant sensations (stinging, burning, pain, pruritus, and tingling sensations) in response to stimuli that normally should not provoke such sensations. Because of its unclear pathogenesis, there is no standard treatment on sensitive skin. Health education should be conducted in response to Inducing factors of sensitive skin. Application of the antagonist of transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) and theμ-opioid receptor agonist will lower the increased neural sensitivity, thus improveing burning and stinging. The application of medical cosmetics and probiotics can promote the repair of the skin barrier. Local calcineurin inhibitors, low-level laser/light therapy are helpful to reduce the inflammatory response of the sensitive skin. In this review, we discussed the progress of the treatment of sensitive skin.
