高职院校人事档案信息化建设的问题及建议

Vocational institutions personnel archives are Important Documents in wage increase, appointment and dismissal, changing jobs etc. But with the rapid development of informatization construction, the traditional personnel archives management mode increasingly restricts the development of personnel archives in voca-tional institutions. This article points out the current problems in personnel archives informatization construction in vocational institutions, and gives the appropriate countermeasures.
