钼靶和MSCT在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值

摘要

目的:探讨X线钼靶及其与MSCT联合应用在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析72例经手术或穿刺病理证实为乳腺癌患者的钼靶及MSCT的影像资料.结果:钼靶摄片及其与MSCT联合应用对乳腺癌检出的正确率分别为78%和92%.结论:钼靶X线摄影可以作为乳腺疾病的常规和首选检查方法,联合MSCT检查,可以明显提高乳腺癌诊断的正确率.%Objective :To investlgate the role of Xmolybdenum and MSC T in the diagnosis of breast cancer .Methods :MSCT and X molybdenum inaging data of72 patlents with breast cancerwere analyzed retrospectively , which focused on observe diagnostlcefficacy by using MSCT and X molybdenum together .Results:Diagnostic accuracy of X molybdenum w as 78％ .Diagnostic accuracy of com bining X molybdenum with M SCT was 92％ .Conclusion :X m olybdenum can be a routine and prefer exam ination method .It can in prove diagnostic accuracy by examine method of com bining X molybdenum with MSCT .
