骶髂关节SPARCC评分在强直性脊柱炎中西医结合治疗疗效观察中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the correlation of change between MRI sacroiliac joint SPARCC score and the clinical disease activity score of AS patients before and after treatment. Methods:40 AS cases with inflammatory activity treated with Chinese and Western medicine in our hospital were collected and scanned by MRI before and 6-month later of treatment respectively. Referring to the SPARCC sacroiliac joint scoring system,to obtain the bilateral sacroiliac joint bone marrow edema scores before and after the treatment,calculate the score change and analyze the correlation of change between MRI sacroiliac joint SPARCC score and the clinical disease activity score before and after treatment. Results:The SPARCC score was positively correlated to the BASDAI score (r=0.680,P<0.05). Conclusion:There is a better correlation in the two score systems and the SPARCC score can be used as a quantitative indicator to assess the efficacy of AS patients.%目的:探讨强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)在中西医结合治疗前后,MRI骶髂关节SPARCC评分变化与临床病情活动性评分变化的相关性. 方法:收集我院经中西医结合治疗的AS炎性活动期患者40例,分别于治疗前及治疗半年后行MRI扫描,参照SPARCC骶髂关节评分系统,对治疗前后双侧骶髂关节骨髓水肿行影像学评分并计算评分变化值,分析治疗前后骶髂关节SPARCC评分变化值与临床病情活动性评分变化值的相关性. 结果:SPARCC评分变化值与Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动指数(BASDAI)变化值呈正相关(r=0.680,P<0.05). 结论:骶髂关节SPARCC评分变化值与BASDAI变化值具有较好的相关性,SPARCC评分可作为AS患者疗效评估的定量指标.
