目的:总结浆细胞性乳腺炎的MRI特征,探讨其在浆细胞性乳腺炎临床术式选择中的应用价值. 方法:回顾性分析74例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者(75个患乳)的临床及MRI资料.结果:74例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者(75个患乳)MRI表现部位分型为乳晕型、单象限型、多象限型及混合型. 其中乳晕型19个,采用切开扩创术+象限切除术7个,象限切除术2个,切开扩创术9个,换药治疗1个;单象限型12个,手术方法采用切开扩创术+象限切除术5例,象限切除术6个,切开扩创术1个;多象限型11个,采用切开扩创术+象限切除术有7个,象限切除术3个,有1个经历二次手术;混合型33个采用切开扩创术+象限切除术25个,象限切除术4个,采用切开扩创术3个,经历两次手术1个.结论:浆细胞性乳腺炎MRI部位分型对于浆细胞性乳腺炎手术方案的制定有很重要的参考意义.%Objective:To summarize the features of the MRI on plasma cell mastitis (PCM),and to explore its application val-ue in the selection of PCM operation. Methods:Retrospectively analyze the clinical and MRI data of 74 cases of PCM patients (75 breast). Results:The MRI site type of 75 PCM included the followings:the areola type,single quadrant type,multi quadrant type and mixed type. 19 cases of areola type,of which there were 7 cases treated by the incision debridement surgery and quadrant resection,2 cases of quadrant resection,9 cases of debridement,1 case of dressing treatment;12 cases of single quad-rant type,5 cases used by the incision debridement surgery and quadrant resection,6 cases used by quadrant resection,1 case treated by incision debridement;11 cases of multi quadrant type,of which there were 7 cases treated by the incision debride-ment surgery and quadrant resection,quadrant resection 3,1 case treated by twice surgeries;33 cases of mixed type,of which there were 25 cases treated by the incision debridement surgery and quadrant resection,4 cases of quadrant resection,3 cases treated by incision debridement,r1 case treated by twice surgeries. Conclusion:MRI site type of plasma cell mastitis has very important reference significance for the formulation of plasma cell mastitis operation scheme.
