The working principle of the gas filling test machine is studied to build the mathematic model of the gas filling process in ideal situation.The error of the terminal state of the pneumatic proportional valve is imported by the linear mixing with the pressure error.This model is validated by simulation.The results show that with the linear mixing,the time of the gas filling process turns longer and the speed turns slower,but when the feedback approaching pressure command,the openting of the pneumatic proportional valve turns smaller clearly.It can be propitious to the closing speed so as to avoid the excess inflating phenomena;it is also propitious to protect the safety of the aircraft and reduce the risk of gas filling test.%通过对充气加载试验台工作原理的分析,建立理想情况下试验件充气数学模型,引入气压误差与气动比例阀开口误差的线性混合,并通过仿真对该模型进行验证.仿真结果表明,引入线性混合的误差后,充气时间加长,速度降低,但当反馈接近目标值时,比例阀开口明显减小,有利于其迅速关闭,避免过充现象,有利于保护试验件安全及降低试验风险.
