真北指标在医院精益医疗管理中的应用

Lean Management is widely used in variety industries, which its basic idea is to reduce waste and to improve efficiency. With the introduction of lean management in healthcare industry, the excellence and efficiency of the lean healthcare mode was shaped gradually. Taking Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province as an example, this article summarized the construction, evaluation and continuous improvement of the true north metrics system.
