对口支援医院基线调查及援建策略初探

摘要

通过对上海交通大学附属第六人民医院对口支援医院的基线调查,分析了目前对口支援医院医疗、经营、人才等各方面的基本情况,并与当地相当规模医院进行了比较研究.在此基础上,提出在学科建设、医院收治、科研教育、医院管理等方面援建对口医院的策略.%Through baseline survey of pairing-assistance hospital, the medical, operation and human resource general information of thehospital is analyzed, and compared with other local hospitals of the equivalent scale. Based on above analysis, the strategy in aspects of discipline construction, admission, research and education and hospital management to assistant the hospital is also discussed.
