试论我国现代化医疗服务监管制度的构建

摘要

加强医疗服务监管是保障患者就医安全、公平、有效与经济的重要手段。当前国内医疗服务监管制度存在监管理念落后、监管主体不健全、监管规则不完善等诸多问题，国内应充分借鉴域外经验，基于专业化、独立性、多元化、法治化的理念构建现代医疗服务监管制度的实践路径。%Strengthening the supervising of medical treatment is an important way to guarantee a safe, fair, efficient and economic hospitalizing to sufferer. Now the supervising concept in our country is dated, the supervising main body is not full, and the supervising rule is not perfect. Our country should construct modern supervising system of medical treatment based on the specialty, independence, multi-factor, nomocracy concept accord to the foreign experience.
