东阳市人民医院移动护士站服务模式的实践与成效

摘要

Active service, optimizing the process of care, minimizing invalid labor time, increasing the time of the doctor-patient communication and care in day to day ward care are key points to improve the efficiency of the service, change the key of the ward care services quality. Moving nurse workstation Dongyang City People's Hospital as a multiple functions which integrated basic test and treatment, daily care, electronic medical records updating has been effectively improved nursing service foundation, carrying out bedside care, providing timely, comfortable, all round and qualified care and has been changed the existing nursing process and nursing service mode. It shows that the moving-nurse-station can effectively shorten average length of stay, reduce toured time, reduce patient bell calling, increase time for nursing, health education and communication. It has promoted patient's safety and patient, nurses and doctor's satisfaction.%　　在病房日常护理服务中，变被动为主动、优化护理服务流程、尽可能减少无效劳动时间、增加医患沟通和护理服务的时间，是提高护理服务效率、改变病房护理服务品质的关键。文章总结分析了东阳市人民医院采用集基本检查、基础治疗、日常护理、电子病历更新等多种功能为一体的移动护士工作站，夯实基础护理，推行床边护理模式，提供及时、周到、全面、优质的护理服务，彻底改变传统护理服务流程和护理工作模式的做法。研究认为，无线移动护士站可有效缩短患者等待时间、减少护士往来护士站与病房之间的次数、减少患者呼叫响铃次数，增加护理、健康宣教、医患沟通等有效服务时间，提高了患者安全感，提高了患者、护士和医师的满意度。
