如何推进适合我国国情的公立医院法人治理结构建立

摘要

Based on systematically explaining the concept of public hospital corporate governance, the practical value and significance of establishing the corporate governance structure of public hospitals in China and the problems which are the corporate governance structure of Chinese public hospitals current facing were discussed. The feasible strategy choices of corporate governance structure of Chinese public hospital were presented to provide theory support and decision-making reference for the reform of public hospitals.%在系统阐述公立医院法人治理内涵的基础之上，阐明了公立医院法人治理结构构建的现实价值和意义，并剖析了目前构建公立医院法人治理结构可能会存在的问题，并基于此提出国内公立医院法人治理结构建构的可行策略，期望能为公立医院改革提供理论支持与决策参考。
