Objectives:To analyze the present status of domestic health check-up centers, and find the current problems, then explore solutions as a reference for the majority of the health check-up managers. Methods:According to Regulations on Management of Health Check-up issued by the Ministry of Health in August 2009, an on-the spot investigation on the space covering, layout, medical staff deployment, and auxiliary diagnostic department on Beijing’s health check-up centers was carried out. Results:There are great differences between the scale and the professional level of health check-up centers. Currently existing problems may includes low industry access standards, significantly gap on staff quality in health check-up centers, not standardized health records, not strictly following Regulations on Management of Health Check-up issued by Ministry of Health in 2009. Conclusion:Solution strategies include setting up strict access system, strengthening health check-up center’s staff professional plan, function changing of health check-up centers, providing higher quality health services, and making an effort to standardize health record files in urban residents. Health check-up centers still need to rational planning and scientific implementation in health monitoring, risk assessment and analysis, risk factors intervention and health promotion so as to truly reflect the functional role of the health check-up in the control of risk factors for chronic diseases.%目的：分析国内体检中心现状，查找当前存在的问题、探索解决方案，为广大体检中心管理者提供参考。方法：根据原卫生部于2009年8月出台的关于《健康查体管理暂行规定》的详细规定，对北京市现存的健康体检中心的占用面积、布局、医护人员配置、辅诊科室等进行了实地调查。结果：健康体检中心存在规模、水平严重良莠不齐，行业准入标准低，体检中心医务人员业务水平良莠不齐，健康档案内容未实现统一化、标准化，未严格执行卫生部《健康体检管理暂行规定》，四位一体的健康服务体现不明显。结论：健康体检中心应严格准入制度，强化体检中心医疗人才队伍建设，转变体检中心职能，提供高质量的健康服务，努力将城镇居民健康档案标准化；健康体检中心的健康监测、风险评估与分析、危险因素干预和健康促进等功能尚需合理规划及科学实施，从而真正体现健康查体在控制慢病危险因素中的功能作用。
