It is very important to promote standardization of national tumor treatment for assuring the quality of tumor treatment. It will be advantageous to facilitate the standardized treatment of tumor if the management department institutionalizes the advanced medical mode. To establish the management mode of promoting standardized tumor treatment, three stages are presented in this article by setting standard of tumor diagnosis and treatment, taking various measures to promote standard implementation and establishing the evaluation system of medical quality and safety. Moreover, along with the deepening of various work, we should form the virtuous circle of promoting tumor standardized treatment through the system and management mechanisms, so as to make the tumor diagnosis and treatment into normalization and scientization.%推动国内肿瘤治疗的规范化对确保肿瘤治疗质量具有重要意义。管理部门将先进的诊疗模式制度化，将有利于促进肿瘤的规范化治疗。通过制定肿瘤诊疗规范、采取多种措施促进规范落实和建立医疗质量与安全评价体系三个阶段工作，建立促进肿瘤规范化治疗的管理模式，并通过各项工作的不断深入，从制度和管理机制上形成促进肿瘤规范化治疗的良性循环，推动医院肿瘤诊治不断向规范化和科学化迈进。
