大型综合医院门诊患者安全管理实践

With the increasing outpatient amount and the changes of medical demand in the large-scale general hospital, patient safety management has becoming the important subject of medical research and medical practice. In recent years, outpatient safety management measures in Xuanwu hospital can be summarized as correct identification patients, implementation check system, strengthening drug safety management, establishing critical value reporting system and reporting process, strengthening hand hygiene management of medical staff, protection the legitimate rights and interests of outpatient, supporting for patients in medical process, strengthen the waiting management, giving preferential treatment to acute and critically ill patients, equipped with safety facilities, building up emergency response plan and organization drills. The management measures have got initial success, many problems are still faced but have some problems. Based on the problems and focused on patient safety, Hospital will regularly analyze hidden risks and continuously improve medical service quality.%随着大型综合医院门诊量的不断增长，就诊需求的改变，患者安全管理已成为当今医学研究和医疗实践的重要课题。近年来，宣武医院从以下几方面进行了门诊患者安全管理，即正确识别患者，落实查对制度，加强门诊用药安全管理，建立门诊检验危急值报告制度和报告流程，加强医务人员手卫生管理，保护患者合法权益，支持患者参与医疗过程，加强候诊管理，优先处置急危重患者，配备安全设施，制定应急预案，定期组织演练等。上述管理措施虽初见成效，但也面临诸多问题。医院将以问题为线索，以安全为核心，定期分析患者安全隐患，不断改进，提高服务水平。
