目的:了解县级公立医院综合改革后医务人员的积极性情况。方法:设计调查问卷于2013年、2014年分别对同等级别、规模相当的7家医院的3854名医务人员进行积极性调查,高淳人民医院医务人员共722人参与调查。结果:围绕医务人员对薪酬待遇、工作环境满意度、医院内部运营情况认可度3个主要方面进行统计分析,参与调查的7家医院中,有5家医院医务人员积极性明显提升,高淳人民医院医务人员薪酬待遇、工作满意度与医院环境认可度明显低于改革前。结论:工作环境满意度、医院运营情况认可度及薪酬待遇满意度3项指标能作为医改后医务人员积极性评价的敏感指标,医院优秀文化的传承及围绕3项指标进行的医院内部运行机制改革对医改起着积极的推动作用。%Objectives:To realize hospital staffs’ enthusiasm after public hospital reform. Method:Total 3854 hospital staff in 7 hospitals in year 2013 and 2014 were selected to have an enthusiasm related questionnaire investigation, and 772 of them are from Gaochun People’s Hospital. Result: Index involves compensation, the satisfaction of work environment and internal management were analyzed. It shows that the medical staff's work enthusiasm in 5 hospitals of total 7 hospitals are significantly increased after the reform. It also shows that medical staff's enthusiasm in Gaochun hospital is much lower after the reform. Conclusions:The above 3 index is sensitive enough to assessment medical staff's enthusiasm. The hospital culture and hospital internal management mechanism reform can help promoting the whole healthcare reform.
