北京协和医院建筑能耗监管系统建设方案浅谈

摘要

北京协和医院根据门急诊楼及手术科室楼现状加装能耗计量装置，与现有能耗计量结合，建立医院建筑能耗监管系统、设备运行管理平台，通过实时数据采集，实行分类、分项计量，采用远程传输等手段及时采集能耗数据，实现能源在线监测、统计分析，提高能源管理水平，最大程度细化用能结构，实现医院能耗按系统分项计量及部分科室独立计量，提升医院管理水平。%It is necessary to increase energy consumption metering device according to the present situation of outpatient building ,emergency building and operating department building, combined with the present energy metering, draw up monitoring system of building energy consumption of hospital and administration platform of equipment operation. Put the hospital classification and measurement by different projects into practice, adopt long-distance transportation to collect dates of energy consumption, realize on-line monitoring and statistic analysis of hospital energy, improve administration level of hospital energy, refine the construction of using energy, realize the measurement of different projects by systems of hospital energy and independent metering in some departments, promote hospital administration.
