北京地区医院图书馆发展趋势探讨

摘要

Changes of human resources, hardware, annual budget, collection construction and service of hospital libraries in Beijing are discussed by the data of 3 investigations which were carried out in 1998, 2008 and 2013 in 19 hospitals in Beijing. The problems, countermeasures and development trend are analyzed to give reference for building, management and setting up standards of hospital libraries.%汇总北京地区19家医院图书馆1998年、2008年、2013年3次调查数据，了解这些医院图书馆在人力资源、馆舍硬件、年度经费、馆藏建设、服务等5个方面的变化，探讨本地区医院图书馆的发展趋势，发展过程中所面临的问题及对策，对医院图书馆建设、管理和标准制定提供参考。
