英国非诉讼医疗纠纷大样本研究

摘要

了解英国医疗纠纷发生水平，对于合理认识、把握我国医疗纠纷发生水平具有重要意义。自1995年起，英国通过国民医疗服务诉讼委员会（NHSLA）采用统一的标准进行数据收集。2013年英国新受理11945件临床医疗纠纷，4802件非临床医疗纠纷。通过总结1995年4月1日-2011年3月31日非诉讼医疗纠纷，案件数量外科是医疗纠纷高发科室，其次是妇产科，但索赔金额妇产科居首，远高于第二位的外科。产科医疗纠纷索赔中，脑瘫的索赔金额又高居首位。%It has great reference for estimating medical dispute rate in China by learning its rate in England. NHSLA began to collect data since 1995 by uniform standards. In 2013, 11945 clinical medical malpractice cases and 4802 non-clinical medical malpractice cases were reported for handling in England. Surgery department and Obstetrics &Gynecology department are high incidence of medical malpractice. Cerebral palsy is the highest of top 10 categories of claims by total value between 1st April 2000 and 31st March 2010.
