The hospital employs Oracle data upon the platform of Visual Basic 6.0 to structure doctor’s assessment system on basis of HIS system, which adopts method of adding redundancy and marks to optimize capacity of system. All quantized assessment data can be acquired from HIS system, including index of working efficiency, number of hospitalized patients, accomplished amount of outpatient, completed amount of professional technical performance, finished amount of surgery operation and etc. The system can automatically calculate respective total scores of related doctors and eventually realize two functions of both doctor’s assessment and coming into statistical forms. The conclusion can be made that strong supports from information system will be a basis of doctor’s assessment work while establishing continuous innovated assessment system can solidify foundation for scientifically evaluating doctors. Settings and extracting data of HIS system still have the space to be furtherly enhanced and improved.%首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院应用Visual Basic 6.0设计平台,使用Oracle数据库,基于HIS系统,建立了医师绩效考核系统。采用适量增加冗余和增加标识列的方法,使系统具有最优性能;全部量化考核数据均可从HIS系统获取,包括工作效率指标、收治住院病人数、完成门诊量、完成本专业技术操作量、完成外科手术例数等。操作过程中需结合临床实际,由管理人员及技术人员共同处理具体细节问题,系统可根据计分方法、指标权重等自动计算出该医师总分数,最终同步实现医师考核和形成统计报表两项功能。由此得出结论,信息系统的大力支持是做好医师考核工作的基础,建立不断创新的考核系统可为科学评价医师奠定基础,目前HIS系统设置及数据提取仍存在进一步提高的空间。
