关于开展分级诊疗试点工作的实践和探索

摘要

阐述了部分公立医院改革试点城市进行慢性病分级诊疗探索,从服务提供者改革、患者权利变化、医保政策调整和医疗信息化发展对其实践经验进行深入分析,认为应综合运用医疗、医保和信息化手段,推动建立分级诊疗模式.%The paper expounds the exploration on graded medical treatment of chronic diseases in some pilot cities of public hospital reform. From aspects of service providers, change of patients' rights, adjustment of medical insurance policy and development of medical information, its experiences are summarized and it is considered that it needs to integrated use of health care, health insurance and information technology to promote the establishment of graded medical treatment model.
