分级诊疗中的“三甲角色”

摘要

国内卫生资源配置的不平衡和患者就医选择权的过度宽松,导致优质医疗资源和患者过度集中于三级甲等医院,严重制约了分级诊疗服务机制的效能发挥.从分级诊疗改革的背景和必要性出发,以华东医院为例,介绍了三甲医院应如何扮演好不同角色以贯彻落实分级诊疗、双向转诊、家庭医生制度等医改新要求,探讨了当前分级诊疗存在的难点以及三甲医院将面临的困境和前景.%The imbalance health resources allocation and excessive medical treatment of patient loose cause the excellent health resources and patients over-concentrated in the tertiary hospitals which seriously hampered the performance of the hierarchical healthcare system.In this paper,starting from the background and necessity of the reform of hierarchical healthcare system,taking Huadong hospital as an example,how to full play the different roles of tertiary hospital to promote hierarchical healthcare system,dual referral and family doctor system has been discussed.The difficulties,challenges and opportunities of tertiary hospital under hierarchical healthcare system also has been analyzed.
