Starting from the generation of X-ray, the impact and damage, the article introduces the common protection materials; analyzes the possible problem and solutions in the construction through the case of Peking Union Medical Col ege Hospital outpatient & emergency and surgical department building renovation and expansion project Phase 1 and 2; hopes to help similar projects in the future.%　　本文简单介绍了医院建筑中X射线防护的原则、常用的几种防护方法及其优缺点，并结合作者的工程实践，介绍了在X射线防护施工过程中需要关注的一些问题。
