医院基本建设投资的过程管理

摘要

The article summarizes the practical experience of Southeast University Zhongda Hospital Complex building construction, in terms of establishing fund management decision-making system by strengthening internal process;and effectively reducing construction costs and improving investment returns by design selection, construction program optimization, on-site modification, and audit of returns management.%文章结合东南大学附属中大医院病房综合大楼基本建设的实践，总结了如何通过内部流程来加强资金管理决策体系的建立，如何通过设计方案的选择、施工方案的优化、现场变更的把关、决算审计的控制等方面的内涵管理来降低建筑成本、提高投资效益。
