论代建制下大型医院建设项目管理方式

摘要

文章通过阐述两个政府投资医院迁建项目的管理经验,总结了代建制下院方的管理方式,指出了提高管理水平需注意的问题,并提出了完善代建制下医院管理工作的对策和建议.%The article introduces management experience of two government investment hospital relocation projects;summarizes the management measures under the Agent Construction System; points out issues need attention to enhance management standard; and proposes countermeasures and advice to improve the hospital management under the Agent Construction System.
