PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the process states acquirable with no mutual conflict even when a new processed is generated from a certain process, by inhibiting the generation of a new process while a process state is being acquired and also inhibiting the acquisition of a process state while a new process is being generated. SOLUTION: A process management part 61 includes a process state check point designation part 611, which designates the preservation of the process state based on the local check point of every process and a process management table 612, which manages the process groups related with each other. Each process 62 includes a process state preservation part 621, which preserves the process state based on the local check point and a fork control part 622 which performs the control to generate a new process. In the system in such a constitution, the generation of other processes are inhibited while a process state is being acquired based on a check point and also the acquisition of a process state performed based on the check point is inhibited while other processes states are being generated respectively.
