本文考证分析了清宫藏御用马鞍及马装具的种类、来源及特点。探讨清帝御用马鞍的制作与贮存，亦在教育和启示后世皇帝不要忘本，牢记先帝曾以“国语骑射”之“家法”得天下；分析清朝政治联姻以赠予马鞍为聘媒的礼仪。通过马装具分析清代满族的民族特色，分析六世班禅进贡马鞍的历史意义，探讨清代有一套严格的马装具使用制度和等级规格，寻求其蕴涵的深刻历史意义和摸清其时代脉搏，考证分析马装具在清王朝所具有的特殊历史作用及其价值。%This paper, by textual research of the saddles and horse gears collected in the Qing court, analyses their variety, origin and distinctive features. It also discusses the making and storing of saddles for imperial use. The meaning of saddles and horse gears also lies in educating and inspiring later emperors to carry forward the tradition of Manchu nationality and to bear in mind the precept of ＂language, horsemanship and archery＂, by which their ancestors conquered China. On the basis of examining the presentation of the saddle as a betrothal gift, the article indicates the political implications of forming an alliance through marriage. This paper analyses the characteristics of the Manchu nationality through horse gear and the historical significance of the horse saddle sent from the 6th Panchen Lama to the emperor as a tribute. There are rigorous regulations in terms of the use of horse gear and they are differentiated by to the users＇ social status. The paper explores the profound historical meaning contained in these regulations. In addition, the demonstration of the special use and the historical value of the horse gear in Qing Dynasty can also reflect the pulse of that specific period.
