摘要

In the most range of the East China Sea, the exploiting oil and gas have been blocked for decades by conflicting claims to the boundaries and islets by China and Japan. For the sake of addressing conflicts in a comprehensive cooperation by bilateral and multilateral agreements aiming at reducing rising tensions and harvesting resources in disputed areas, it has become a key issue worthy of research.%中国东海大部分范围内的石油和天然气开发,几十年来一直为中日两国对其边界和岛屿门属相抵触的主张所阻碍.为了寻求使不断加剧的紧张局势得到缓解,及使争议地区的资源得到有利开发,通过双边和多边的协议进行全面合作,并以相互谅解的方式寻求争议的解决,已成为一个重要的值得研究的问题.
