Treating the carbon fiber(CF) by γ-ray radiation technique may improve the i nterfacial performance of the composites and increase the interlaminar shear str ength (ILSS) of the material. In this paper, in order to research on the mechani sm of (-ray radiation modification of CF, the analysis methods such as x-ray d iffraction (XRD), Raman spectra, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and sca nning electrical microscopy (SEM), are used to analyze the structure change of r adiated CF.%碳纤维 (CF) 经γ-射线辐照可以改善其与树脂复合的界面性能,从而提高复合材料的层间 剪切强度(ILSS)。为了研究辐照改性CF的机理,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱、X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)、电子扫描电镜(SEM)等分析方法研究了CF经辐照后结构的变化。
