稀土元素铕荧光示踪法在食物链上的应用

摘要

首次报道稀土元素铕荧光示踪法在稻田生态系统食物链上的应用， 通过食物链各营 养级对铕的吸收与传递，运用荧光示踪法定量分析水稻—稻纵卷叶螟—蜘蛛为代表的食 物链的营养关系。结果表明：该法灵敏度高,准确性好,应用前景广。%It is first reported that fluorescence trace technology by rare earth element Eu can be applied to ecosystem food chain of rice field. According to a bsorbing and transporting Eu by nutritive layer of food chain， The quan tity analysis adopted by fluorescence trace technology in nutrition relationship o f food c hain， from rice to Cnaphalocrois medinalis Guenee and spider as a example. R esults showed that the method is high sensitivity, good precision and the most useful。
