健康知识对于高血压患者用药依从性的影响分析

摘要

目的:通过调查分析社区高血压患者健康知识与用药依从性的关系,为制定有针对性的健康干预方法和内容提供参考依据.方法:自行设计调查问卷,对252例高血压患者进行问卷调查和分析.结果:本次调查高血压患者用药依从性好为67.65％,通过多元线性回归分析结果显示健康知识得分越高,用药依从性越好.健康知识平均每提高1分,用药依从性将提高0.034分,健康知识对用药依从性存在显著性差异.结论:医务人员采用形式多样的方式加强健康教育,增进患者健康知识,并基于健康知识的基础上加强自我健康管理,提升高血压患者坚持长期规律服药意识,提高用药依从性.%Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship between health knowledge and medication compliance of hypertension patients in community,so as to provide a reference basis for developing targeted health intervention methods and contents.Methods 252 hypertension patients were investigated and data were analyzed by self-designed questionnaires.Results The survey shows that the medication compliance of these hypertension patients is 67.65％,and multiple linear regression analysis shows that the higher the score of health knowledge,the better the medication compliance.For every 1 point increase in health knowledge,medication compliance will increase by 0.034 points.Health knowledge plays significant difference on medication compliance.Conclusion Medical staffs adopt various way to enhance health education,to improve patients health knowledge,based on which to strengthen self-management,to elevate the patient's awareness of long-term standard of taking medicines,and to enhance medication compliance.
