公立医院横向医疗资源整合的内涵研究

摘要

Integrating healthcare resources is to optimize the combination and allocation of medical resources without changing the total resource volume,so as to provide better health care services more efficiently and realize scale economy. However,less exploration is referring to horizontal integration in current public hospital reform. This study tries to summarize the theory and practice of horizontal integration in developed countries and define the connotation of horizontal integration of healthcare resources in public hospitals in China,which will provide orientation for further reforms.%医疗资源整合是在资源总量不变的前提下，通过资源的优化组合与配置，提供更有效率、更优质的医疗服务，实现规模经济。我国当前的公立医院改革对横向医疗资源整合的探索较少。研究在归纳国际横向医疗资源整合的理论与实践的基础上，界定我国公立医院横向医疗资源整合的内涵，为进一步推进公立医院改革提供思路和方向。
