浅谈医保总额预付制对医院管理的影响

摘要

As an important part of national health reform,implementing global budget of medical insurance effectively achieved the purposes of the health insurance financial balance. However,based on the meticulous management,new challenges need to be considered after the implementation of global budget of medical insurance, which affects not only the total amount of health insurance spending,treatment cost and effectiveness of treatment,but also the efficiency of the hospital medical resource utilization.%作为国家医改的重要内容之一，医保总额预付制的施行有效实现了医保基金的收支平衡，但是，立足于精细化管理，仍有必要思考施行后医院管理面临的新挑战，这不仅影响到医保预付总额、治疗费用和治疗效果的综合效用，同时也影响到医院医疗资源利用效率的提高。
