上海市卫生系统知识产权工作现况及发展对策

摘要

对近年来上海市卫生系统特别是部分三甲医院开展知识产权工作情况进行总结，分析取得的成绩和存在的不足，并就进一步开展医院专利工作进行政策分析研究，为其他地区和医院下一步开展该项工作提供借鉴和参考。%This paper summaries the work of intellectual property rights in Shanghai health system in recent years and analyzes its achievements and shortcomings. The policy analysis research is carried out for further development of hospital patents as the reference for the work in other areas and in other hospitals.
