失效模式与效应分析在我国手术室护理风险管理中的应用

摘要

失效模式与效应分析是一种前瞻性风险评估和管理的方法，起源于20世纪60年代的美国航天工业，90年代后期开始逐步被发达国家应用于卫生保健行业。文章综述了失效模式与效应分析在我国手术室护理风险管理中的应用现状和特点，总结了各类应用的价值意义和不足之处，为手术室护理管理者提供了借鉴。%As a prospective risk assessment and management method,failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA) originated in the 1960s,and was first used in the space industry of the United States. In the late 1990s,it was gradually applied in health care sector in the developed countries. This article reviewed the applications and characteristics of FMEA in nursing risk management in China’s operation rooms. It is expected to make suggestions for nursing managers of operation rooms by summing up application values and deficiencies.
