对陕西省榆林地区5个试点县新农合基本情况进行调查显示,5个试点县新型农村合作医疗基金到位情况良好,参合率高,5个试点县新农合的受益情况存在差异.各试点县住院实际补偿比均在合理范围内,而北部试点县的住院实际补偿比高于南部2个试点县.神木县虽然新型农村合作住院补偿额度较高,但医疗费用也比较高,府谷县、靖边县与米脂县基金使用率均低于合理水平.%An investigation of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System status in five pilot counties of public hospital reform in Yulin had shown that the availability of funds was in good condition, the participating rate was high, and the benefit conditions of five pilot counties were different. Their actual compensation rates of hospitalization were within a reasonable range, meanwhile , the compensation rates in three northern pilot counties were higher than these in two southern pilot counties. The compensation amount was the highest, but the medical fee was also the highest in Shenmu. The fund utilization rates in Fugu, Jingbian and Mizhi was lower than the reasonable level.
