加强无偿献血人员招募与管理的实践与体会

针对无偿献血人员招募与管理工作中存在的问题,从以下方面进行了改进:深入企业和社区进行无偿献血宣传、加强无偿献血志愿服务队伍建设、强化机采血小板献血者的招募、落实RhD阴性血液献血者的招募等.上述措施的落实,成效显著,值得推广.%Focusing on the problems on recruitment and management of non - remunerative blood donation in blood banks, the paper discussed the improvement from several aspects: blood donation publicity in enterprises and community; development of volunteer troop of blood donation; strengthening the recruitment of apheresis platelet donors; implementation of recruitment of RhD negative blood donors.
