The study introduced the status quo of the hospital post setting,and put forward some problems such as the actual shortage of the staff,the shortage of the internal posts,the unqualified proportion of the staff,the unreasonable human resources allocation,the difficulty on the administrative and skill posts setting.Furthermore,the countermeasures were proposed,including the incorporation of external staff into post setting,configuration of human resources based on the hospital status,improvement of the talent evaluation system,improvement of staff enthusiasm based on performance management,etc.%介绍了医院岗位设置现状,针对存在的人员实际在岗率低,编制内岗位总量不足,人员比例尚未达标,人力资源配置依据欠缺,行政管理岗位及工勤技能岗位设置困难等问题,提出了将编制外人员纳入岗位设置,结合医院现状配置人力资源,完善人才评价体系,结合绩效管理提高人员工作积极性等对策.
