北京市城郊民营医院护理质量与安全管理现状调查与分析

摘要

目的 了解民营医院护理质量与安全管理现状.方法 采用随机抽签法对北京大兴区民营医院进行实地调查.结果 20家民营医院,共开放床位2 506张,有护士1 315名,平均离职率11.7％,本科及以上学历者279名(21.2％),中级及以上职称者155名(11.8％);制定有护理质量标准及质控计划者14家(70％),制定有非惩罚性护理不良事件报告制度者15家(75％);有查对制度者17家(85％),有分级护理、交接班及患者身份识别制度者16家(80％),有安全输血制度者11家(55％);运用跌倒、压疮风险评估表者8家(40％),有分级护理标识、过敏标识15家(75％),有跌倒及坠床警示标识者14家(70％);急救车管理中,车锁/封条使用不正确者6家(30％);4家(20％)护理单元存放毒麻药品,管理基本规范;14家(70％)护理单元存放有高危药品,6家(42.9％)未单独存放.结论 加强人力资源管理,提升人员素质,是民营医院提升护理质量的重要保障;加强培训与督查是提升民营医院护理质量与安全管理水平的重要措施.%Objective To investigate the present situation of nursing quality and safety management in private hospitals.Methods Random sampling method was used to include 20 private hospitals in suburb of Beijing for field investigation.Results In the 20 private hospitals,there had 2 506 beds and 1 315 nurses,with average quit rate of 11.7％.279 (21.2 ％) nurses had bachelor or higher degree,155 (11.8 ％) nurses had intermediate or higher professional titles.14 (70 ％) hospitals had established nursing quality standards and quality control plans,15 (75 ％) hospitals had non-punitive reporting system for adverse nursing events,17 (85％) hospitals had check system,16 (80％) hospitals had grading nursing system,handing-over system,and patient identification system.11 (55％) hospitals had safe transfusion system,8 (40％) hospitals used the falling and pressure sores risk evaluation statement,15 (75％) of hospitals had the labels of grading nursing and allergy,14 (70％) hospitals had the labels of falling and falling out of bed.As for the emergency vehicle management,6 (30％) of them had wrong use of lock or seal,and only 4 (20％) private hospitals place narcotic analgesic drugs in their nursing unit,which showed basically good management.14 (70％) of private hospitals place high risk drug in their nursing unit,and 6 (42.9％) of private hospitals did not deposit alone.Conclusion It is an important guaranty of nursing quality to strengthen manpower resources management and raise the staff's quality.Furthermore,the level of nursing quality and safe management should be improved by strengthening training and supervision.
