For the high paper waste rate in the hospital evaluation office,the PDCA cycle was followed through the QC group activities to find the causes of high paper waste rate.Measures were taken from several aspects to reduce the paper waste rate from 10.78% to 4.32%,which included the formulation of departmental cost-saving provisions;training and guidance double-sided printing method;strengthening the secondary cartridge maintenance management,etc.The paper was effective saved,the professional quality and conservation awareness of staff was improved,and it provide reference for building conservation-oriented hospital.%针对医院评价办公室纸张浪费率高的现状,遵循PDCA循环,通过QC小组活动,寻找纸张浪费率高的要因,从制定科室考核节约成本规定;培训、指导双面打印方法;强化二次墨盒维护管理等方面进行改进,使纸张浪费率从10.78%降低到4.32%,有效节约了纸张,提高了员工业务素质及节约意识,为构建节约型医院提供了借鉴.
