润物无声育桃李 求索创新探真知——记黄汲清青年地质科学技术奖教师奖获得者隋旺华教授

摘要

The paper presents the process of continuous endeavor in teaching and scientific research and great achievements of Professor Sui Wanghua, the dean of the school of resources and geosciences, China University of Mining and Technology, in the past 25 years. Professor Sui has being devoted to the research on hydrogeological and engineering geological problems related to coalmining safety. He reforms bravely in the teaching to makes exploration in the mode of talent cultivation in the orientations of innovation and research, and makes great contribution to the cause of geological education.%本文叙述了中国矿业大学资源与地球科学学院隋旺华教授25年来在教学科研岗位上孜孜不倦、潜心探索的历程及其所取得的成就。隋旺华教授大胆进行教育教学改革，探索研究型和创新型人才培养模式，致力于煤矿安全开采有关的水文地质工程地质问题研究，为地质工程教育和科学研究事业做出了一定贡献。
