目的 探讨眼肌直刺特色疗法对麻痹性斜视的疗效.方法 将120例麻痹性斜视患者随机分为3组,治疗1组40例采用一般的针刺方法治疗;治疗2组40例采用眼肌直刺特色疗法治疗;对照组40例采用现代医学方法治疗.比较3组疗效及斜视度有无差异.结果 3组患者疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).治疗后3组斜视度比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 眼肌直刺特色疗法治疗麻痹性斜视具有效果显著的优点.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of muscular apparatus acupuncture therapy on paralytic strabismus. Methods A total of 120 paralytic strabismus patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: treatment group A ( 40 cases ) received routine acupuncture therapy, treatment group B ( 40 cases ) underwent muscular apparatus acupuncture therapy, and the control group ( 40 cases ) underwent treatment of western medicine. Results Curative effects of the 3 groups showed significant differences ( P < 0. 01 ) . Post - treatment angles of strabismus among the 3 groups were significantly different ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Muscular apparatus acupuncture therapy exhibits remarkable curative effects in treating paralytic strabismus.
