经尿道前列腺等离子体双极电切术联合经耻骨上膀胱穿刺取石术治疗良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并膀胱结石患者的治疗方法.方法 采用经尿道前列腺等离子体双极电切术联合经耻骨上膀胱穿刺取石术治疗BPH合并膀胱结石患者28例.结果 28例患者手术均一次成功,手术时间50～95 min,其中取石时间9～19 min,平均14 min.结论 经尿道前列腺等离子体双极电切术联合耻骨上膀胱穿刺取石术治疗BPH合并膀胱结石具有取石时间短、操作安全简单、损伤小等优点,有一定的临床应用价值.%Objective To investigate the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH ) complicated with bladder stones. Methods TwenLy - eight BPH patients with complicated bladder stones were treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate ( PKPR ) combined with suprapubic lithotony. Results The operations were successful in all patients , with an operating time range of 50 ～ 95 minutes and a lithotony time range of 9 ～ 19 minutes ( average : 14 minutes ) . Conclusion PKPR combined with suprapubic lithony is a safe, quick, and less invasive method for treating BPH with complicated bldder stones as easy as it is to perform.
