成批烧伤患者的临床治疗分析

摘要

目的 总结成批烧伤患者的临床治疗经验.方法 回顾性分析我科2005年5月-2010年10月收治的8批共54例烧伤患者的临床资料,总结治疗经验.结果 54例患者中治愈47例、死亡7例,治愈率为87.0%.结论 成批烧伤患者的救治,在周密的科室协作下,结合有效的治疗措施如预防性气管切开、抗感染、手术处理创面、生长激素的应用及支持对症等治疗,能明显提高抢救成功率.%Objective To summarize the experience for treating mass burn patients. Methods Eight batches of fifty-four mass burn patients admitted to our institute from May 2005 to October 2010 were involved in this retrospective study. The clinical treatment experience was analyzed. Results Of the 54 cases, 47 were cured, 7 cases died; cure rate was 87.0％.Conclusion Cure rate of mass hurn patients could be effectively increased hy coordination among departments and effective measures including prophylactic tracheostomy, anti - infection treatment, surgery on the wound, application of the recombinant human growth hormone and heteropathy.
