舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁50例临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effects of setraline on post - stroke depression ( PSD ).Methods A total of 50 patients with PSD were randomly divided into medicine group ( n = 28 ) and control group ( n = 22 ).The patients in the control group received physical therapy while the patients in the medicine group received an additional setraline treatmeng.All patients were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD ) before and after treatment.Results HAMD score in the medicine group improved remarkably after both 2 - week and 4 - week setraline treatment ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Setraline remarkably improves the conditions of patients with PSD.%目的 探讨舍曲林对脑卒中后抑郁症的影响.方法 将50例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组(n=28)和对照组(n=22).对照组采用综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上口服舍曲林治疗.应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对两组患者治疗前后进行评定.结果 治疗组应用舍曲林2、4周后HAMD评分较对照组均有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效显著,可提高患者的生活质量.
