远程心电图诊断系统的社区应用及评价

摘要

目的 对远程心电图诊断系统在社区中的应用及其检测的准确性、实用性、便捷性进行评价.方法 采用远程心电图检测202例患者,按照就诊先后随机抽取99例患者进行同时间、同地点常规的12导联心电图检测.对远程与常规心电图形的P波振幅、P波宽度等10项指标进行对比分析.结果 进行远程心电图检测的202例患者中,发现各类异常心电图107例,占52.97%.对比99例患者远程与常规心电图,除心率、P波振幅、Q-Tc指标外,P波宽度、QRS波振幅、QRS波宽度、T波振幅、T波宽度、P-R间期、Q-T间期等指标间差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 远程心电图和常规心电图的心电图形一致;远程心电图诊断系统操作简便,能方便社区患者的心电图检查和就医诊治.%Objective To evaluate the accuracy, practice and accessibility of applying remote electrocardiogram diagnosis system in community.Methods Among 202 patients examined by remote electrocardiography, 99 patients were selected by using the orderly randomized sampling to receive the routine 12 - lead electrocardiography concurrently and in the same unit.Ten indexes including the amplitude and width of P - wave were compared between the remote and the routine electrocardiograms.Results Among the 202 cases 107 abnormal electrocardiographic patterns of various kinds were found, accounting for 52.97％.In comparison of indexes between the remote and the routine electrocardiograms in 99 cases, except for the indexes of heart rate, P - wave amplitude and Q - Tc, the indexes of P - wave width, amplitude and width of QRS - wave, amplitude and width of T - wave, intervals of P - R and Q - T showed no significant difference ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion There is a consistence in result between the remote electrocardiography and the routine electrocardiography.However, with its simple and convenient feature in operation, the remote electrocardiographic diagnosis system is convenient for the patients in community to have electrocardiography and receive medical care.
