Objective To investigate the effect of a new soft silicone dressing ( Mepilex Lite ) on radiation - induced moist desquamation in nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( NPC ) patients and evaluate its clinical safety. Methods A quasi - RCT was conducted. A total of 64 NPC patients with radiation - induced moist desquamation were divided into groups study ( n = 32, given Mepilex Lite treatment) and control ( n = 32, treated with standrad MEBO cream ). The healing time was compared between 2 groups. Results The medium healing time of groups study and control was 6.000 days, 95% CI ( 4. 167, 7.833 ), 9.000 days, 95%CI (6.629, 11.371), respectively, and their standard errors were 0. 935 , 1.210, respectively. The Log - Rank test was performed to compare the Kaplan - Meier curves of 2 groups and it showed significant difference between 2 groups ( χ2= 7. 810, P =0. 005 ). Compared with control group, the moist desquamation of study group had a higher healing rate and healed more quickly. Besides, 1 case was found to be allergic to Mepilex Lite and censored. Conclusion The new soft silcone dressing Mepilex Lite is effective on radiation - induced moist desquamation and can shorten healing time safely.%目的 探讨新型软聚硅酮泡沫敷料(Mepilex Lite)治疗鼻咽癌放疗患者颈部放射性湿性脱皮的临床疗效,并观察其安全性.方法 本研究为类实验研究,观察32例(观察组)首程放疗致湿性脱皮的鼻咽癌患者在常规护理的基础上配合使用Mepilex Lite的愈合时间,并与接受常规护理和美宝烧伤湿润膏的32例患者(对照组)进行比较.结果 两组中位愈合时间估计值分别为6.000和9.000 d,其标准误分别为0.935和1.210,95%CI分别为(4.167,7.833)和(6.629,11.371),两组Kaplan-Meier生存曲线水平间的整体比较Log-Rank检验结果显示,两条治愈率曲线差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.810,P=0.005),可认为观察组的治愈率高于对照组,与对照组比较,观察组湿性脱皮愈合较快.观察组有1例因对敷料过敏删失.结论 Mepilex Lite治疗鼻咽癌患者放射性湿性脱皮效果好,有加快伤口愈合的作用,且临床应用安全.
