Objective To understand disease composition of hospitalized patients supported by New Rural Cooperation Medical System (NRCMS) in Kaifeng Area so as to provide scientific basis for NRCMS management. Methods The data of inpatients under NRCMS from 2008 to 2010 in Kaifeng area were collected and screened. The classification of diseases was conducted according to ICD-10 for analysis of disease composition of the inpatients. Results During the period of the 3 years the personal time of hospitalized patients under the NRCMS was 735 821. The personal time of the inpatients with the first 10 kinds of diseases was 518 978, accounting for 89. 43% of the NRCMS inpatients, of which the personal time of the inpatients with the first 5 kinds of circulatory diseases, respiratory diseases, digestive diseases tumors and disease in pregnancy/child-birth/puerperium was 658 015 , accounting for 70. 53% . Conclusion The circulatory and respiratory disease range persistently in the first and second positions in the disease composition of NRCMS inpatients in Kaifeng Area, and the prevalence of chronic non-infectious diseases such as cerebrovascular diseases, ischemic heart diseases, hypertensive heart disease and other types of heart diseases has rapidly increased. Therefore the prevention and control of these diseases should be enhanced to raise the health level of rural residents.%目的 了解开封地区新农合住院患者的疾病构成情况,为新农合管理提供科学依据.方法 对2008-2010年开封地区新农合住院患者的资料进行收集整理,以国际疾病分类(ICD-10)为标准进行疾病分类,对新农合住院患者疾病构成进行分析.结果 三年新农合住院人次数为735 821人次,前10位系统疾病住院人次数为518 978人次,占新农合住院人次数的89.43%.其中循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、肿瘤、妊娠/分娩/产褥期疾病前5种系统疾病人次数为658 015人次,占新农合住院人次数的70.53%.三年新农合住院患者的疾病谱排在前10位的疾病包括循环系统(脑血管病,缺血性心脏病,高血压病,其他类型的心脏病)、呼吸系统(流行性感冒和肺炎,急性上呼吸道感染,慢性下呼吸道感染)、消化系统(阑尾疾病,食管、胃和十二指肠疾病)、肿瘤(消化器官恶性肿瘤).结论 开封地区新农合住院患者系统疾病构成中,循环系统、呼吸系统疾病三年来稳居第一、第二位,未发生变化.循环系统中脑血管病、缺血性心脏病、高血压和其他类型的心脏病等慢性非传染性疾病构成上升迅速,应加强对这些病种的防治,提高农村居民的健康水平.
