人巨细胞病毒激活感染与肿瘤坏死因子α水平及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质的关系

摘要

目的 探讨人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)激活感染与肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质的关系.方法 采用免疫荧光法检测外周血白细胞HCMV-PP65抗原,以其作为HCMV激活感染的指标,对212例颈动脉粥样硬化患者分别进行HCMV-PP65抗原、TNF-α水平检测和颈动脉超声检查.结果 HCMV-PP65抗原阳性组TNF-α含量为(3.04±0.37)μg/L与HCMV-PP65抗原阴性组(1.37±0.17)μg/L比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);HCMV-PP65抗原阳性组存在不稳定性斑块的患者44例(69.84%),HCMV-PP65抗原阴性组存在不稳定性斑块的患者72例(48.32%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.82,P＜0.01).结论 HCMV激活感染可引起TNF-α水平增高,可能与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定性有关.%Objective To study the correlation of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) active infection with TNF-α and character of carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods HCMV-PP65 antigen in peripheral blood leukocytes was detected by immunofluorescence and was used as an indicator of active HCMV infection. HCMV-PP65 antigen, TNF-α and carotid ultra-sonography were detected in 212 patients with carotid atherosclerosis. Results The levels of TNF-α in HCMV-PP65 antigen positive group and HCMV-PP65 antigen negative group were (3. 04 ±0. 37) μLg/L and (1. 37 ±0. 17) μLg/L respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0. 01) .44 cases (69. 84%) in HCMV-PP65 antigen positive group had unstable plague, while 72 cases (48. 32%) in HCMV-PP65 antigen negative group had unstable plague, and the difference was statistically significant (X2 = 8. 82, P<0. 01) . Conclusion Active infection of HCMV can induce TNF-α level to increase and it may be associated with the instability of carotid atherosclerosis plaque.
