中西医结合治疗卒中后抑郁的研究现状及进展

摘要

卒中后抑郁(PSD)是临床常见的脑血管病并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量和神经功能的恢复,阻碍脑血管病患者的康复和预后.本文综述了PSD的病因病机、临床表现、诊断标准和中西医结合的治疗方法.%Post - stroke depression ( PSD ), one of clinical common complications of cerebral vascular disease, influences seriously patients' quality of life and recovery of neurological function, hinders patients' rehabilitation and prognosis. This article reviews etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria of PSD and TCM - WM treatment for it.
